We couldn’t be happier with the experience we had with Nelson and Barbara. From the very beginning, they were incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely passionate about what they do.
The photos of our one-bedroom property in London turned out beautifully, and everything was delivered on time as promised. The drone shots were a lovely extra touch and really helped showcase the property from a unique perspective. I needed a cost-effective video and photography solution for a charity fundraising project in central London. Using a drone in central London is not a quick fix, and there were quite a few hoops to jump through, which Barbara and Mickael handled diligently and with aplomb.
From the onset of our enquiry, Barbara was both reassuring and unfazed by the complexity of our needs. We worked together to deal with the bureaucratic aspects, and well before the event date we had a green light from Camden Council to proceed. The event was an all-day challenge, and Mickael was operating the drone in hot, windy conditions but managed to get some amazing footage of the London skyline and our event participants. The entire footage, including dozens of film clips and hundreds of still photos, was delivered to us within 48 hours in participant and chronological order.
Looking back to the start of the initial engagement with Nelson's up to and including our event, I can't say I would change anything; it was a genuine pleasure to work with Barbara and Mickael, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Barbara and Mickael are highly professional and reliable but also very friendly and a pleasure to work with. They photographed my house for a Rightmove listing, they took all my ideas into consideration and I felt very comfortable with them being in my home.
